This document contains two examples of satisfaction surveys conducted at Point Park University. The first asks about satisfaction with adjunct professors and their real-world experience. Eleven responses are provided on a 7-point scale. The second survey asks about satisfaction with cafe food, with 8 responses on the same 7-point scale. Both include the satisfaction ratings provided and identify the median, mode, mean and range of the responses.
