The Blue Fin aircraft model has a unique geometry and flight control surfaces that provide a wide speed range, high load capacity, and is highly acrobatic. It has a symmetrical airfoil and two degree washout for stability and aerobatic capability. The six control surfaces offer effective lift and responsive roll. Programming involves flapperon, V-tail, and master-slave mixes to operate the six surfaces in unison for roll while allowing inner flaps and outer elevons for pitch. Adverse yaw is addressed through less up deflection than down on one side for turns.
