INTRODUCTION TO
blood management
 The basic building aim is to provide blood
donation service to the city recently.
Blood Bank Management System (BBMS) is a
Web based application that is designed to
store, process, retrieve and analyze information
concerned with the administrative and
inventory management within a blood bank.
 This project aims at maintaining all the
information pertaining to blood donors, different
blood groups available in each blood bank and
help them manage in a better way.
EXISTING SYSTEM
 User can’t find or access blood donor
easily.
 Time consuming process for manually
searching workers.
 No authenticity of donor.
 No responsibility.
Proposed system
 Blood Bank donation system can collect blood from
many donators in short from various sources and
distribute that blood to needy people who require
blood.
 This will fill up the gaps between patient and donors and
provide direct interface. This project will be a live
website because any client can access easily on any
system or mobile with the help of internet. Clients will
easily find out different type of donors at same place.
Each donors is provided by agency to patient, so
agency will also get some fame and only faithful donors
will be allowed to donate with them. This will also help
those patient doesn’t have their links.

 Feasibility study tried to determine whether a
given solution would work or not.
 It focuses on various aspects like: Meet user
requirements, Best utilization of available
resources.
