13. Wikis consist of pages of information that can be edited by instructors and students.

14. Journals are similar to blogs; however, journals are private between the instructor and student (default setting).

16. Folders organize your course. For example, you can group similar items together by units, learning plans, or weeks.

17. Website links provide access to websites or URLs outside of Blackboard.
