birrë unike për të
gjithë Shqipërinë dhe më
tej në rajon. Është një tjetër
birrë, varietet krejt
ndryshe, që nuk ngjason
fare me dy llojet e tjera të
birrave, për sa i takon
shijes dhe aromave. Për
prodhimin e kësaj birre
përdoren 4 lloje malto, të
cilët i japin dhe shijen e
veçantë, ku mbi të gjitha
dallohet shija e lehtë e
karamelizimit. Ndërkohë
edhe ngjyra e birrës është
plotësisht e errët (e zezë),
gjë që e dallon dukshëm
nga birrat e tjera.

vitin 2007, si një
iniciativë e Bashkisë
Korçë.
Festivali është
nderuar me çmimin
e Turizmit nga
Ministria e Kulturës
në vitin 2010, për
shkak të influencës
që pati në rritjen e
numrit të turistëve
në rajon.
