The Juniper Co was asked to design and facilitate a Leadership Development Programme for the Management
Team of the British Insurance Brokers’Association (BIBA), to equip them with the skills needed to deliver the
ambitious new strategic plan of the organisation that we previously helped them create.
The brief

The results
• A joined up Management Team with a shared experience and
significantly improved leadership skill set.
• Delegates became more self-aware and purposeful with clarity on how

• Delegates were able to develop essential leadership skills like
managing their time better, giving feedback to their people and each
other, motivating themselves and others and communicating
assertively.
3
• Through one-to-one coaching, delegates were able to reflect on
their personal objectives and challenges and come up with action
plans best suited to their individual circumstances within the
organisation.
• The programme helped delegates become much more confident
in their abilities to take the organisation to the next level.
