Strategist, Certified Balanced Scorecard Master Professional (BSMP) with 10 years Professional
experience in Strategy Development and Implementation, Organizational & Employee
Performance Management, Risk Management, Project Management and Change Management.
Over the years, I worked in various capacities in the Ministry of Trade and Industry Performance
Improvement Coordination Unit.
I have been able to deliver on the challenge, resulting in my Ministry floating among the first five
best performing ministries in the public service since 2005. I have also received recognition and
awards for Best Performance for the years 2005/06 and 2006/07 Performance years when the
Ministry had an opportunity to recognize the performers. In 2009, I received recognition from
the Permanent Secretary to the President for outstanding contribution to the Public Service when
I served as a Project Judge on Innovation and Productivity in the Public Service.
