Benefits Of Tabata
Tabata is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval
training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity
exercises in a specific of 20-seconds-on and 10-seconds-off
interval. It takes four minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but
those four minutes push body to its absolute limit.
Burn Fat
It will raise metabolism and heart rate. As there is high level of
intensity, body has to work much harder to keep up. Metabolism will
stay high not only during the workout, but after the workout as well.

Short On Time
Now a days everyone is busy, all it takes four to eight minutes of
this high intensity workout to get a great workout in. It will raise
metabolism and heart rate. As there is high level of intensity,
body has to work much harder to keep up.
Muscle Tissue Retention
As Tabata places stress on muscle tissue, the ratio of lean body
mass to fat goes up. By choosing exercises that maximize the
muscle mass worked, muscle tissue may increase.
Better Athlete Conditioning
Tabata is beneficial for athletes and sportsperson as they need
to give their maximum inputs and perform highly intense
sports activities. It increases stamina and improves
conditioning required for high intense sports.
