This document provides an introduction and overview of the key components and functionality of the BelRAI web application. It describes the different entity types in BelRAI including Clients, Client Managers, Users, Groups, Instruments, Questionnaires, and the role-based access controls. It also outlines the states that Questionnaires can be in and how Groups are structured hierarchically to manage access to Clients and Questionnaires.
