This document describes BehindBras, a social enterprise that provides training and employment opportunities in the fashion industry to currently and formerly incarcerated women. It aims to reduce reoffending rates by providing meaningful employment. The program offers personal development workshops and apprenticeships in areas like sewing, business, and retail. Its goal is for 100 women to complete the program in 2019. It is seeking support from prisons to run personal development programs and help women access the opportunities to reduce recidivism and costs to the criminal justice system while improving outcomes for participants.
