Beddgelert is a village in Snowdonia, Wales with a population of 455, located where the River Glaslyn and River Colwyn meet. It is reputedly named after the legendary hound Gelert, and contains the supposed site of Gelert's grave in the center of the village near an old stone bridge crossing the rivers.
