Beddgelert is a village in Snowdonia, Wales with a population of 455, located where the River Glaslyn and River Colwyn meet. It is reputedly named after the legendary hound Gelert, and contains the site of Gelert's grave as well as an old stone bridge in the center of the village just above the rivers' confluence.
