and documents. Better yet, you can easily share custom shape libraries with your team
so that everyone is using the exact shapes you want.

4. Advanced sharing
using Publish URL
It’s our opinion that everyone should have a Lucidchart account. That way, you can easily
share and collaborate with anyone and everyone. However, there may be times that you
want to share your work WITHOUT requiring others to log in to Lucidchart or have a
Lucidchart account. When that’s the case, Publish URL is the perfect solution for sharing
real-time updates with others.

Bring your work to life with interactive links, layers, and interactivity. Outline proposed
changes, show future growth, reference documentation, or link to helpful reference
material with key features in the properties bar and dock in the Lucidchart editor.

in Lucidchart
Connect live data stored in spreadsheets to your Lucidchart diagrams. When changes
are made to the source data, those changes are automatically reflected in Lucidchart so
diagrams are always up to date. With data linking, you can spend less time maintaining
documentation and more time innovating with your team.

with slides
Creating slides in Lucidchart allows you to organize your diagrams and flowcharts into
presentations. You can then focus your audience’s attention on key pieces or moments
of your Lucidchart diagram as you present your work. Take it one step further and export
your presentation into Google Slides.
