solar electrical panels for light source power. Project Manager for MEP
Trades, pre-construction through late phases of core shell and fit-out
contract work. Assisted with scheduling and commissioning coordination
with other trade subcontractors.
Penn State University – Millennium Science Center
State College PA – New Material and Life Science research building,
with state of the art clean room, and three building within a build
microscope labs. Architect - Rafael Vinoly / Enginner- Flack & Kurtz, NY.
Project Manager for Electrical and Controls contracts, and assisted with
BIM coordination with other MEP subs.
Cleveland Clinic – Hillcrest Hospital
Beachwood, Ohio – Refurbished ER/NICU/ICU and new patient bed
tower. Managed the MEP preconstruction, release of MEP Bid
Packages, and BIM coordination in early phases. Managed the
installation of Electrical 5KV substation upgrade to facilitate new bed

the largest mixed-use developments in the country, encompasses 12 city

buildings, restaurants, luxury apartments and a movie theater.
MBNA (Currently Owned and Operated by Cleveland Clinic)
Building IV: 4-story office building. Managed electrical, mechanical, fire
protection, start-up / commissioning for new 465,000 SF facility.
Cleveland, OH. Building included a teaching conference and fitness

Pittsburgh, PA North American Training Center: Managed the electrical
and mechanical contracts, start-up / commissioning for Alcoa’s new
50,000 sq. ft. primary critical Level 3 N+1 data center.
International Business Machines Corp. – Global Services
Qwest Communications: Multiple-site program to build web-hosting
facilities in several US cities simultaneously. Supported MEP contracts
work from Cleveland as part of core team management. Assisted on-site
during commissioning/integrated system tests, through completion.
V.A. Medical Center Ambulatory Care
Project manager for electrical, fire alarm, systems contract. 2-year
project for new wing and existing Center renovation, including primary
power distribution and mechanical plants.
Case Western Reserve University
Managed the complete electrical remodeling of four independent
dormitory facilities, including fire alarm and data/cwrunet packages.
Cleveland Browns Stadium
Managed the complete electrical, fire alarm, sound, broadcast video
installation for the new Cleveland Browns stadium. Oversaw the work of
