If you want to be a healthy
child, here are five rules to. The
trick is to follow these rules
most of the time.
1. Eat a variety of foods,
 especially fruits and
 vegetables.
2. Drink water and milk most
 often.
3. Listen to your body. Eating
 too much can make you feel
 uncomfortable and after a
 while, take you to unhealthy
 weight gain.
4. Do sports and stay active.
5. And have fun healthy in body
and mind.
Think positive.
    The game and sport next to
a balanced diet, the pillars of a
healthy life.
