Because of poverty, many women and children
are become victims of sexual exploitation and
prostitution.
Have limited access of support because they
are living in far away islands and have no
means to reach them.
4. The people directly affected by the problems or issues
of poverty in the community have to be actively and
authentically participating in the efforts to fight
poverty.
Create an organised group within the community to
help many people rather than working with a few
individuals so it is more efficient.
The people affected need to identify the issues so
solutions can be more easily found.
5. We can first stop wasting food as those in poverty
cannot afford to eat three meals a day so by saving
food we are indirectly helping those in poverty.
Talk more about this problem by pasting posters to
create more awareness so those in poverty will receive
more help
Volunteer to help those in poverty or just be willing to
donate a few dollars
Be thankful for what you have now.
