Golf Club Grip Techniques and Golf Swing
Objective   Explain definition of golf. To know basic equipment for playing golf. To describe types of golf clubs.  To discuss the advantage playing golf. Demonstrate  technique how to grip a golf club and how to do a basic golf swing
Definition  Golf  is a game in which individual players or teams strike a ball into a hole using various clubs. (wikipedia.org)
Basic Equipment Golf clubs – used to hit a golf ball. Golf balls – designed to be used in the game. A tee – used  for resting the ball on top of for an easier shot. Golf shoes – to increase traction thus allowing for longer and more accurate shots. Gloves  –to get a great grip. Cap – to protect your head from hotness of sunlight. A golf bag – used to transport golf clubs.
Place  Golf field and club. Wide open area.  -e.g.: USMKK  Golf Club
Types of Golf Clubs Woods – are used for long-distance fairway shots. Irons – are most versatile class. Hybrids  –is a cross between a wood and an iron, giving these clubs the wood's long distance with the iron's familiar swing. Putters  –are used to roll the ball into the cup.

Demonstration
Step 1 Wear a golf glove
Step 2 Start with the grip.
Cont..  1. With the golf head down, grip using only the last three fingers and the pad of your left hand. Grasp with your left hand and adjust the club so the grip is in your fingers, not your palm.
Cont.. 2.Make sure your left hand's thumb is straight down. The point where your thumb meets your hand should be near the top of club.
Cont..  3. Next, grip with the fingers of your right hand. Note the small vertical crease in your right palm near the wrist. Overlap the creases of your hands.
Cont.. 4. Grab the club of your right hand with the index finger of your left. Note the index finger and thumb of right hand. You should see a 'V' where they meet.
Cont.. 5. Make sure your right thumb is not running straight down the club but instead is pointed slightly toward your right shoulder.
Step 3 Right positioning Bend your knee and waist to stable your body when doing swing
Step 4 Try to air swing for two or three times To get your great target before hitting the golf ball
Step 5 Finish your swing. Shift your weight to your left side and swing the club back through the ball.
Conclusion  Everybody think playing golf is very difficult, but when you learn it, you can do it successfully.
