To "Baseline" means that you complete specific
diagnostics and assessments to determine where
you are from a functional wellness perspective.
It's been said that you don't know where you're
going unless you know where you are currently.
Modern medicine defines health as the absence of
disease. As many of us know, one can be free
From a known disease and yet still feel lousy.
So Our definition of health is the presence of
optimal function.

WHAT WILL BASELINING DO FOR YOU?
Baselining will provide a snapshot of your current health
and overall function which is Proactive Medicine. If you
are experiencing symptoms, Baselining will also benefit
you in the event you need Reactive (Conventional)
Medicine.

DIAGNOSTIC (BASELINE) TESTING
Baseline Testing serves as both short term and long
range preventive medicine. Sometimes we wait
until there's symptoms before we go see a
doctor: Reactive Medicine. An more intelligent
approach is to engage in Proactive Medicine
which involves nutritional/Preventive medicine.

The science of Nutritional/Functional Medicine tells us
