This software facilitates all those involved in the project to work
together within Basecamp. Each member has control over the visibility
and access to each post/document they publish on Basecamp.
Groups can be created to keep sub teams up to date on certain areas
of the project (i.e. developer groups or stakeholder groups).
Each development of the project can be tracked, discussed and
signed-off all within Basecamp. Project files can also be stored
and accessed.
Project schedules and timelines can be tracked on a calendar to aid
project timelines.
Basecamp facilitates all project activities to be stored, tracked,
discussed and signed-off all within one online space.
1
• Basecamp helps you define and delegate work, establish deadlines,
review work in progress, evaluate what’s left to do.
2
• You can also schedule meetings, keep stakeholders up to date,
know who’s working on what, give feedback
3
• Basecamp lets you keep track of your assignments and check things
off when they’re done.
4
• Basecamp is also a great place to post work for review, brainstorm
ideas with co-workers, store important project assets (logos,
documents, etc.), and present work to your boss or manager too.
