• Date of departure
• Date of arrival
• Number of stops
• Number of people for whom tickets are needed ( if client says family then ask him how many
passengers
• Check the airport and destination name 2 times. To make sure the country and destination are
exactly what client asked. Sometimes 2 places in the world can have same names.

5. • If client says check flights from New York to Washington. Does that mean New York to
Washington DC or New York to Washington City?
• Sometimes same place has 3-4 airports . For example New York has 4 airports. So when
you are researching for flights they should have airport name written clearly on the excel
also. In this scenario you will search for flights departing from all airports from that
destination . ( you can also email client saying : hi xxxx, from New York which is the best
airport that you would like to chose your departure from. I have these airports showing in
