Career Objective
That would be complete understanding of all hospitality layers regarding customers satisfaction

presentation and one day, of course, have my own place, a fusion place.
Education
After finishing grammar school, I went on a University of Dubrovnik ( 2007-2013 ) where I finished my
education in the field of Maritime economics and management.
Experience
For nine years my family owned a bar “Orlando” where I used to work over for summer breaks. Three
summers I was working as a bartender and two as a bar manager. While I was studying in Dubrovnik I
was also working during weekends in couple of different bars. Year of 2016., I started to work in
Zagreb, capital of Croatia, in the restaurant “Rocket burger” where I left to Dubrovnik’s Old Town
trendy restaurant called “Siren” where I was managers assistant. Due to better offer I got from a night
club “Skybar”, I left to work as a head bartender where I worked up until the beginning of September.
Skills
I have great organizational skills and knowledge due to my education and the fact that I was
successful in working and studying at the same time without unnecessary delays. I’m fluent in English,
Spanish, Italian, Croatian ( Bosnian, Serbian, Slovenian ). I have good knowledge of coffee’s and wines,
and of course of cocktail making. Since the restaurant needed a high level of finesse, I mastered it

misfortunes don’t stress me out thanks to my experience. I also have a lots of experience organizing
public events due to my involvement in local board.

I’m a people person and therefore communicative and always smiling. I’m passionate and a quick
learner. Good determiner of unfolding situations and, sadly, very honest.
Interests & Hobbies
Travel, travel, travel. What better way to learn and study other cultures, gastronomy, hospitality and
then compare it and analyze it. Of course, if it is valuable, implement it. Besides investing in myself as
a sommelier or cocktail expert, I’m interested to attend a bar manager or similar course in hospitality.
I like sports and camping.
