The RADARS project is a community action project in Barcelona that aims to monitor the elderly population aged 75 and over. It involves 127 associations and 494 "radars" who are tasked with detecting any changes in the daily routines, behaviors, or appearances of elderly individuals that could indicate a risk or need for help. The project has been implemented in seven districts of Barcelona so far and is part of the city's 2013-2016 Municipal Plan for the Elderly, which includes 218 total actions focused on elderly well-being and health.
