19. ESTABLISHMENT OF GANAP NA SAMAHANG MASA
(GSM) OR MASS SOLID ORGANIZATION (MASSO)
 The GSM/MASSO is formally
organized via a conference of the
Barrio Chapter attended all registered
prospective members.
 A Komiteng Balangay (KB) of the
GSM/MASSO composed of 16
members will then be elected by
secret balloting
 GPB/OGs in the sector where
GSM/MASSO has been established
are dissolved; the Grupong Balangay
(GB) is set up and placed under the
KB
 GBs are organized in each
subdivision of the barrio (sitio or
cluster of houses) as determined by
the KB
 KPB/OC is also dissolved at this
stage.
