(GSM) OR MASS SOLID ORGANIZATION (MASSO)
The GSM/MASSO is formally
organized via a conference of the
Barrio Chapter attended all registered
prospective members.
A Komiteng Balangay (KB) of the
GSM/MASSO composed of 16
members will then be elected by
secret balloting
GPB/OGs in the sector where
GSM/MASSO has been established
are dissolved; the Grupong Balangay
(GB) is set up and placed under the
KB
GBs are organized in each
subdivision of the barrio (sitio or
cluster of houses) as determined by
the KB
KPB/OC is also dissolved at this
stage.
