Fire is the symbol of the powerandpresence of God.it isthe onlythingthatwill convince the worldof
the awesome powerof God.The unbelievingworldwantstosee the demonstrationof the powerof
God.
Paul said,"Andmy speechandmy preachingwasnotin enticingwordsof man'swisdom, butin
demonstrationof the spiritandof power;thatyour faithshouldnotstandinthe wisdomof menbut in

2. the powerof God" (2 Cor.2:4,5). Thisisa powerful statement.Paul hadreceivedthe fire of God.He was
immersedinfire.
To dothe workof God effectivelyandtobe Hiswitness,we needtobe immersedinfire.itispossibleto
be baptizedwiththe HolySpirit,speakintonguesandnothave fire.itispossible tobe baptizedinwater
and nothave fire.
As believerswe have enough.we have heldseminarsandconferencesthathave notaffectedthe world.
What we neednowisto get freshfire anddemonstrate the powerof Godto a dyingworld.The church
was bornwithfire onthe dayof Pentecostanditmustlive andgrow withthisfire!
As ministersof God,we mustpray to become flamesof fire (Hebrews1:7),sothat we can give lightto
the world.we needtoconsumedwiththe zeal todo God's work.Hiswords have to be like fire shutupin
our bones.(Jeremiah20:9) In thisendtimesthe onlywaythe evil strongholdinmanyliveswillbe
destroyedisbyfire.The enemyhastobe disgraced.
O Lord, send yourfire intoour lives!
CONFESSION
Matt. 3:11-12: I indeedbaptizeyouwithwateruntorepentance:buthe thatcomethafterme is
