• I think for about a thousand students you would want

is not all students will need to use the computers at the
same time so 200 should be a good number. Splitting
them into 4 rooms is so that the computer rooms don’t
get so crowded, when rooms get crowded once crowded
people start to get cranky from the lack of space.

• I would use a LAN for all buildings with computers. I
would connect the LAN with a CAN using a router
because I’d say it’s the easiest way to get accessible
internet.
