Description:
MOCS Office Automation System will handle all the internal jobs, captures various businesses documents and applies business
flow to the documents. The solution should automate the existing manual business processes with required reengineering. All
the jobs initiated in the system will be tracked and assist the end users in completing the jobs in a shorter time frame. The
proposed solution should handle the file management, file tracking and information management which should allow the
employees to track and find the information as and when required instead of depending on the regular manual processes.
Responsibilities:
 Collect the Requirements from Client
 Designed Admin JSPs as per the requirements.
 Developing Client Validations in jQuery, AJAX.
 Maintaining Version control in SVN Repository.
 Practical Contact on Resolving Bugs using JIRA.
 Application Maintenance.
 Analysing the Code Change Request and fix.
 Unit testing and rectifying the defects.
 Working on Sprint Basis.
Project: Fault Control Management System (FCMS) Period: Jan 2015 – till Date

Description:
FCMS is web product developed based on MVC2 architecture. This product has five modules.
FLS (First Line Support), SLS (Second Line Support), SE (Support Engineer), PM (Project Manager) and Admin.
We have implemented state of the art Feedback auto and manual escalation process, and also incorporated End to
End SLA(Service Level Agreement) where in the process goes as, an account holder calls at contact center, First Line CSR
receive calls and register the feedback based on customer details. If he/she knows the solution of the feedback he/she wraps up
the feedback and automatically an SMS is send to customer. Otherwise FCMS rules engine auto escalates to SLS CSR based on
Feedback and email is also send to SLS CSR. If he/she resolves the feedback then it is send to QMD (Quality Management
Department) who has right to close the feedback. Otherwise the feedback is manually escalated to SE and the same is
intimated through an email. In this phase Support Engineers solves the feedback and reply to SLS.SLS then sends the replied
feedback to QMD. Project Manager Monitoring the total application. PM has only permission to generate the reports.
Administrator can create New Users, define roles, groups, rules, permissions and controls the system.
