This document discusses and evaluates several advertisements. It criticizes a first advertisement for having too much small text that is not eye-catching and for failing to clearly communicate what is being promoted. It then criticizes a second advertisement featuring seals holding hands for being unclear and potentially featuring an unintended inappropriate image. 1. BAD ADVERTS
this advert has a lot of bad
this to it 1st
off it has too
much text and its really small
and not eye catching its really
bland it has a picture of a boy
and red and white
background which is so dull
and i really can’t tell what
there promoting or tying to
say the in title
If you’re going to advertise
something like NEW
Essentials or NEW Catalogue
you should make it stand out
because I don’t know what to
really look at the only thing
that stands out is the boy
playing a xylophone
This is a bad avert because I
don’t know what their
advertising it’s just some seals
holding hands in their sleep
“so they never drift apart” and
if you look closely if you turn
the right seal upside down it
looks like a middle finger and
the seals arm is the thumb

2. This advertis good becauseit’s
very simple and it’s not a clustered
there’s a good amount of writing
and its saying everything that you
need to know and what it is the
background is a nice solid colour
and it has a nice artdesign on the
bottle and it even knows how
simple it is it say “Stupidly Simple”
and if I was walking don’t the
street and I saw this advertI would
actually take note of it because I
don’t need to read a paragraph to
see what I wantto get
It’s nice and simple the logo is
simple and self-explanatory “live
on the coke side of life” it’s a nice
quote that says like go on the coke
side not Pepsi or other drinks
choosethe coke life and its good as
well there’s not too much writing
and they are still getting their point
across as well they are smartas
well because they have the coke
outline with the COKE in the
middle there the word COKEwould
actually bb on the bottle
