bacteria that certain foods have that are
actually great for your health if you eat them
moderately and in good portions.

Yogurt is one of the most popular foods to eat that
has good bacteria in it. These bacteria are called
lactobacillus, bifidus, and acidophilius. (write these
for children to see) practice saying these words.
These bacteria help you break down and digest your
food better and can boost your immune system so
that you fight off germs better and get sick less.
