This document contains a personal action learning dossier for interviewing potential partners and facilitators. Section 1 collects basic personal data. Section 2 asks about the interviewee's experience and understanding of the context of small and medium enterprises and relevant stakeholders they may work with. Section 3 is a self-evaluation of the interviewee's competencies in action research methodology, including familiarity with theories, methods, and tools, as well as English language proficiency. The dossier aims to anonymously evaluate candidates' suitability to facilitate action learning, especially regarding their mastery of didactic skills.
