Some Facts About Our World
Our world has plenty of natural
resources, including water,
land, and sunlight which are
capable of sustaining a large
global population.
Our world has plenty of scientists
and engineers that understand
how to provide purified water,
cheap energy, and sustainable
agriculture.
The problem is that there is a
limited mechanism for
transferring the technology
and equipment from the
sources to the areas with the
greatest need.
That’s where we come in.
We are experts at technology
transfer and implementation.
We help you plan and
implement projects in energy,
water treatment, sustainable
agriculture, and food security.
We Have a Solution…
Our technology partners can do just that.
Implementation of sustainable energy, water
purification, and agricultural systems involves several
key considerations, including:
 Identifying the need
 Evaluating the existing infrastructure
 Designing solutions to the identified problems
 Procuring the best technologies
 Working with local groups to implement solutions
 Identifying funding
The Key: Design/Build
The best approach by far for foreign deployment of US-
based technology is the concept of “design/build.”
Rather than having separate engineering and construction
functions, the “design/build” approach incorporates both
tasks into a single step with a single contractor. This offers
the ultimate user several benefits:
 Minimal engineering or construction skills
 Greatly simplified procurement process
 Single source responsibility
 Technical standardization
 Lower overall costs and rapid installation

About IWSES
International Water Saver Environmental Services (IWSES) was established in June 1987 to identify
problems concerning water and renewable energy resources worldwide. The motivating aim has been to
undertake, collaborate with, and coordinate research in these fields with other national and international
organizations. The mission of IWSES according to the Registration with Chamber of Commerce Baluchistan,
Pakistan and DBA Houston TX, USA are as follows:
 To identify water resources and the related problems.
 To identify and conduct research on existing and future problems in the agricultural, solar, water
resources, and environmental sectors.
 To assist, advise, guide, and provide expert service to all government, quasi‐government, provincial
organization, private sector/departments, and implementing agencies worldwide.
 To develop equipment, instrumentation, and machinery used in the water and solar energy sectors.
 To study the causes and sources of water pollution and suggest remedial measures through solar‐
powered water purification units.
 To provide facilities for testing water quality, solar equipment, materials, machinery, and advising the
government and agencies on their standardization.
 To assist local users on the management of available water resources and sunlight using scientific
methods and equipment.
 To assist government and other agencies on policy and planning of water resources renewable energy
projects.
Dr. Jalal ud Din Qureshi is the President / CEO of IWSES and has a PhD degree in Water Resources, and holds
a degree of M.Sc. Geology, and an advanced Post Graduate Diploma Course in Hydrology from Ireland. He
has undertaken a number of training program/workshops/seminars at national and international forums on
the issues of national importance. He has worked in UK, Canada, Ireland, Haiti, Vietnam, Thailand, and other
countries, and has 30 years experience in national and international projects.
