Project Description:
It’s an Application which performs presales and post sales of health care insurance products.
As part of presales, front office system gathers the client data and sends the required information to
Pega application through SOAP service where the business process for pre sales is performed and sends
the data back to Front office with the final post sales data of product benefits and cost details
performing underwriting and rating task with the given client data.
If client is ready to purchase the product for the provided benefits for the proposed cost then
communication is sent to post sales team via an email and post sales links the pre sales work items in
Pega and performs the tasks to onboard the client into the Highmark system.

3. Responsibilities:
 Understating of PRPC flows, Designed required Flows by strictly following Guardrails of PRPC.
 Worked on declarative rules, decision rules, Activities, Connect- File, Connect-HTTP, Soap
