This document analyzes wages and salaries in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania from 2005-2013. It shows that: - Average monthly gross wages increased steadily over this period but declined in 2009 due to the economic crisis. Wages in Estonia were consistently highest while Latvia had the lowest. - Minimum wages also increased during this time but remained lowest in Latvia at around 150-290 euros. - Unemployment rates declined while employment rates increased, though Estonia consistently had the lowest unemployment. - Real GDP growth was generally positive but turned negative in much of 2009. GDP per capita, measured in PPS, was highest in Estonia and lowest in Latvia.
