purpose to present the
meaning of being an
autonomous learner and
some of its characteristics.
• It is who accept the responsibility for
own learning.
• Show initiative regarding learning.
• Monitoring progress and evaluating the
extent to which learning is achieve.
• It is reflective about own learning.
• It is intrinsically motivated to learn and
evidence life long learning.
-For situations in which learners study
entirely on their own;
-For a set of skills which can be learned
and applied in self-directed learning;
-For an inborn capacity which is
suppressed by institutional education;
-For the exercise of learners'
responsibility for their own learning;
-For the right of learners to determine
the direction of their own learning.
Applaying this
caracteristics to
myself is going to
be a challenge in
my life.
