It’s a high speed inspection of an OCR on a Cigarette packet

laser marked with set of characters which consists of details
like Production Plant, M.F.G, Batch Code, M.R.P etc.. and we
achieved it using AI And Deep Learning technology.

21. Inspection of Taper Roller Bearings
Three cameras are positioned to capture images of tapered
rollers moving in a conveyor. Images captured are processed for
surface defects on the body as well as the end face. Rejected
parts are pushed out of the conveyor using a electro mechanical
rejection system.

A Camera Captures the image of the rings using specialised

2 cameras that are capturing images of a refrigerator door and body
are checking for the presence and position of internal parts (like
shelves, manuals, cabinets, etc). If a part is found to be missing, it will
