 Test the voltage, resistance and CCA. Record.
 Connect to equipment
 Set up activated time
 Remove equipment to test after 1 hour.
 Data analysis: Pass, failed or re-activate again.

Conclusion
 7pcs were activated. 2pcs were determined plate broken, could
not be repaired.
 There are 4pcs had been activated return as standard or better
than new battery. Activated rate 80%.
 No. 7 can do one more repair process to reduce resistance and
increase CCA to achieve 100% activated rate.
