Neural networks have attractiveness to several researchers due to their great closeness to the structure of the brain, their characteristics not shared by many traditional systems. An Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is a network of interconnected artificial processing elements (called neurons) that co-operate with one another in order to solve specific issues. ANNs are inspired by the structure and functional aspects of biological nervous systems. Neural networks, which recognize patterns and adopt themselves to cope with changing environments. Fuzzy inference system incorporates human knowledge and performs inferencing and decision making. The integration of these two complementary approaches together with certain derivative free optimization techniques, results in a novel discipline called Neuro Fuzzy. In Neuro fuzzy development a specific approach is called Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS), which has shown significant results in modeling nonlinear functions. The basic idea behind the paper is to design a system that uses a fuzzy system to represent knowledge in an interpretable manner and have the learning ability derived from a Runge-Kutta learning method (RKLM) to adjust its membership functions and parameters in order to enhance the system performance. The problem of finding appropriate membership functions and fuzzy rules is often a tiring process of trial and error. It requires users to understand the data before training, which is usually difficult to achieve when the database is relatively large. To overcome these problems, a hybrid of Back Propagation Neural network (BPN) and RKLM can combine the advantages of two systems and avoid their disadvantages.

Today’s Indian scenario is facing an unprecedented energy crisis as the conventional energy resources of India are consistently deteriorating with the limited stock of these natural minerals posing a staggering threat to the Indian economy. Among all the available resources biomass proves to be a satisfactory substitute for compensating the energy void due to these natural resources. Biomass is a renewable resource with almost zero net CO2 emission which is processed with the help of biomass gasifier which is concurrently used with a chir pine needle. The performance of the biomass gasifier system is evaluated in terms of equivalence ratio, producer gas composition, calorific value of the producer gas, gas production rate and cold gas efficiency. The experimental results are compared with those reported in the literature.

It is smaller, lighter, cheaper and higher in efficiency. However, dangerous leakage current will flow between PV array and the grid due to the stray capacitance. There are different types of configurations available for transformer less inverters like H5, H6, HERIC, and Dual paralleled buck inverter. But each configuration is suffering from its own disadvantages like high conduction losses, shoot-through issues of switches, dead-time requirements at zero crossing instants of grid voltage to avoid grid shoot-through faults and MOSFET reverse recovery issues. The main objective of the proposed transformer less inverter is to address two key issues: One key issue for a transformer less inverter is that it is necessary to achieve high efficiency compared to other existing inverter topologies. Another key issue is that the inverter configuration should not have any shoot-through issues for higher reliability.

differ in the form of the equations and their parameter functions. Many codes and researches advise engineers of
the dependence of the modulus of elasticity on the aggregate type, size and shape; and, hence, it is wise to
determine the concrete properties for the specified mix from the trial batches. This paper considers the Iraqi
aggregates used in producing the HSC to develop and equation for prediction the modulus of elasticity for HSC.
Modulus of elasticity of high strength concrete using Iraqi aggregate with a wide range of 41 to 83.3 MPa has
been studied and by analyzing 69 tests from the available literature. An empirical equation has been proposed
for prediction of modulus elasticity presents the local aggregate in Iraq. The predicted values are compared with
the predictions by codes of practice like ACI 318-02, EC2-02 and a practical equation by Noguchi et al. It has
been found that there are differences in the predictions between them and the proposed equation. The ACI
overestimates the modulus of elasticity for these tests and 80% of the tests are below it, while EC2 values are
over conservative as they are below 78% of test values. The proposed equation is lie between the two codes. The
prediction by Noguchi et al. showed better results as they are very close to the proposed equation.

slave. . It can be used to interface low speed peripherals like motherboard, embedded system, mobile phones,
set top boxes, DVD, PDA’s or other electronic devices.

Siempre he creído (quizá esté equivocado) que la mujer rusa ha soportado el peso más cruel y doloroso de este siglo pasado. Sin embargo también he estado convencido siempre de que por el mismo motivo, han sido las mujeres que con más entereza han afrontado su desgracia. Desde que hace unos días veía con ojos de asombro un reportaje sobre la madre Rusia de la mano de Olga; se empezaba a tejer esta presentación. Tengo que agradecer a Olga el gran trabajo que ha aportado, tanto en la recopilación fotográfica (en la cual es la maestra indiscutible de todos nosotros) como en la música y traducciones. Gracias querida por tu inestimable ayuda.
Hace unos días, una amiga común me hablaba de la necesidad de sentir que el mundo era hermoso, pero que ella no siempre lo podía ver así.
Desde ese momento traté de pensar en como poder poner un punto diferente y positivo. Creo que el mundo no sólo es hermoso por aquello que podemos ver y sentir en nuestra propia vida, con las personas que nos rodean todos los días. No creo que debemos renunciar a los sueños y en momentos de incertidumbre y duda, agarrar con las dos manos los pequeños detalles que nos pueden llenar de esa alegría momentánea, de esa ilusión que produce un instante de comprensión y halago, un instante de sentida y cálida emoción.
En ese sentido, somos afortunados, podemos compartir con amigos "invisibles" nuestra creatividad, nuestras aficiones y nuestra forma de entender la vida. Podemos ofrecer algo de nuestro interior a personas que aunque residen en esa frontera invisible de lo irreal, son emotivamente reales, cotidianos y queridos.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
