This document is a weekly schedule and reading log for a third grade student. It shows the student's planned activities for each day of the week. On Mondays and Wednesdays, the student is asked to read for at least 30 minutes and log the number of minutes read. The schedule also includes assignments for math, language arts, and Wordly Wise, as well as reminders about turning in a student questionnaire and All About Me Balloon by the end of the week.
