This study examined the attitudes of healthcare workers at a Greek hospital towards influenza vaccination.
A survey of 293 healthcare workers found that only 38.6% had received the influenza vaccine in the past. While 62.8% agreed vaccination was necessary, only 55.3% thought it was safe and 44.7% thought it effective. The main reasons for not vaccinating were distrust of vaccines, neglect, concerns about side effects and effectiveness.
Predictors of future vaccination included previous vaccination, belief in necessity, and trust in the vaccine. The low vaccination rate among healthcare workers poses a risk and needs to be addressed, though mandating vaccination also requires consideration.
Comparative Analysis of the Impact of Climate Change on Male and Female Menta...ijtsrd
The paper examined the impact of temperature and relative humidity escalation on mental health of in patient and out patient admitted into Neuropsychiatric Hospital Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. The main independent variables of interest are temperature and relative humidity covering a period of eight years 2010 2017. The effective strength of temperature made the numbers of male female populations more vulnerable to the risk of psychiatric cases than the effective strength of relative humidity. Jaiyeola O. Association of CD4 T cell Recovery and Interpersonal Trust in Patient Physici...ijtsrd
The global HIV AIDS pandemic is still dangerous due to high incidence and high mortality rate. There are many factors associated with the immunological response beside treatment with medical practice. This paper aimed to assess the correlation of immunological responses and trust in physician measures in adult patients living with HIV AIDS. A cross sectional was studied to find the association between CD4 T cell changes and interpersonal trust in patient physician relationships. This study was carried out 93 aldult patients male accounted for 83.9 who were newly diagnosed with HIV AIDS infection at outpatient clinics, Tropical Diseases Hospital from October 2018 to August 2019. The mean TCD4 increased by 324.7 cells µl and 379.7 cells µl, respectively, compared to the original of 161.7 cells µl. Almost all patients had their immunity recovered after 3 and 6 months and the majority of patients have achieved virological success after 6 months of treatment. Factors associated with early immune recovery are youth, lower secondary education and single status. The majority of patients had truly trust in physician after 1 month and factors associated with trust in physician scale are male and employed. In Spearman rank correlation, CD4 T cell recovery and the trust present a strong relationship with p=0.008. Our finding is that the initial immunity recovery was strongly influenced by the interpersonal trust between the patients and the healthcare workers. Clinical Safety and Side Effects of Intra Dermal regimen of Tissue culture Anti-rabies Vaccine-Rabies is 100% fatal but preventable disease. WHO recommends Tissue culture Anti-rabies Vaccines for post exposure treatment but this prophylaxis becomes expensive. So for reducing the 1/6th cost of this prophylaxis intradermal ARV regime was also recommended. But again there is a question mark for balance between cost effectiveness and safty so this cross sectional study was carried out in year 2013 on 654 recipients of Purified Chick Embriyo Cell Vaccine (PCECV) anti-rabis vaccine (ARV) at Anti Rabies Clinic (ARC) of a tertiary-care teaching hospital (SMS) at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Side effects were observed during the follow up visits on days 3, 7 and 28. Though all the recipients complained of local side effects at site of inoculation but these symptoms were relieved by simple administration of paracetamol and ceterizine orally. The side effects (local symptoms) noted on First dose were local itch (4%), local pain (3.8%), low grade fever (2.1%) and the local signs noted are local induration (22.3%), local erythema (1.2%). Same pattern of sign and symptoms were observed in D3 and D7 dose of injection but in decreased frequency. None of the cases had anaphylaxis or regional lymphadenopathy. Thus, this cost effective way of treating the animal bite cases using PCECV in Intra Dermal Rabies Vaccination (IDRV) is recommended to deal with the burden of animal bite cases for the prevention of Rabies in India.
A principal aim of epidemiology is to assess the cause of disease. However, since most epidemiological studies are by nature observational rather than experimental, a number of possible explanations for an observed association need to be considered before we can infer a cause-effect relationship exists.

A Study On Clinical Profile Of Sepsis Patients In Intensive Care Unit Of A Te...dbpublications
Background : Sepsis is life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection which is one of the most important cause of mortality & morbidity in critically ill patients. In this study clinical profiles of the sepsis patients admitted in ICU in this part of India have been evaluated. Methods & Materials: This prospective hospital based observational study was undertaken in the department of Emergency Medicine ICU of Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, over a period of one year from August 2014 to July 2015 after obtaining institutional ethical committee clearance.
RESULTS: Clinical profiles of 50sepsis patients, with male preponderance (56%) & mortality rate 36% were studied. Mean age was 48.36 years (SD ±17.16). fever & tachycardia were present in all patients. 30 patients (60%) required ventilatory support, 28 patients (56%) required inotropic support, 10 patients (20%) required dialysis. Gram negative bacteria were found to be the predominant pathogens associated with sepsis(73.4%) where most common organism responsible was Klebsiella (36.8%). Conclusion : assessment of clinical signs & initial serological & radiological investigations are of utmost importance to detect more critically ill patients as early as possible to intervene earlier for saving the life of the sepsis patients.

EVALUATION OF VACCINE ADHERENCE AND ROLE OF A CLINICAL PHARMACIST IN PAEDIAT...PARUL UNIVERSITY
Background: Immunization is one of the decisive factors in preventing various life threatening diseases. Vaccines have thrived as one of the most successful healthy intervention on that have diminished the occurrence of various infectious diseases and improved the quality of life in the population. Although the vaccine coverage has been gradually increasing, the average total immunization coverage is far less than desired outcome. Objective: The objective of our study were to enhance the quantity of vaccine delivered in the paediatric care setting, to improve Awareness of vaccination at community level by a more active involvement of clinical pharmacist on vaccination errors and missed opportunities in paediatric care setting, to analyse the extent of knowledge, attitude and practice of parents to minimize vaccination errors and avoid vaccine misconception thereby improving vaccine adherence. Results: It is a prospective observational study was conducted on 253 paediatric subjects upto 3years of age for a period of six months in a secondary care hospital, Hyderabad. The study was divided into Pre- intervention and post-intervention phases and was performed using a KAP questionnaire. The socio- demographic details were collected by using data collection form and their knowledge, Attitude and practice levels were assessed by using KAP questionnaire regarding child vaccination. Out of 253 subjects were enrolled in the study, the percentage distribution of the respondents age showed that the age group of 25-29 were predominant. The respondents with single child were observed to be more with a frequency of 132 out of 253 who received complete awareness about vaccination. Majority of the respondents were under graduates which was the main reason for lack of knowledge on immunization. Of the total 253 study population, male child were 128(50.50%) and female child were 125(49.40%). In the study, the majority of the children were neonates (103) which is 40.71%. majority of children were immunized with polio (75.49%) and least was varicella (3.55%). Of the total population, delayed or missed vaccine was 72 out of 253 i.e. 28.40% which was observed in both the genders. Missed vaccine opportunities were mostly observed for PCV, Rotavirus, and MMR. Conclusion: This study lead to optimal disease prevention through vaccination in multiple population groups while maintaining high levels of Safety and the clinical pharmacist’s interventions certainly will be helpful in providing education on immunization and improving immunization rates in the underdeveloped and developing countries. KAP questionnaire can be used in future researches on immunization and allow for better understanding of relation between mothers knowledge and immunization of children.

Conclusion
As we have stated in this paper earlier, we have seen that the practice of vaccination has raised controversies. The supporters of vaccination are indicating that it has been able to save lives, especially that of children because it boosts immunity. The opponents are against it saying that vaccination has a lot of risks than benefits since it affects the hormones and interferes with the functioning of the body. This controversy is serious since it deals with health issues. When it stops, people will die from chronic diseases, and when this practice continues, health problems are likely to arise. However, there has to be a solution to this controversy, since opponents question the safety, effectiveness, and necessity of vaccination and also violation of the rights of an individual in the medical decision. On the other hand, vaccination has prevented suffering and death from deadly diseases. Therefore, the government and health institutions should first test the dangers and risk that can occur to an individual. Moreover, consent from an individual should be granted before they are administered.
Abstract
For approximately 80 years, controversies in vaccination have been going on. The opponents have stated that vaccination is neither safe nor effective regarding health whereas the supporters of vaccinations have indicated that vaccination has prevented suffering and death caused by infectious diseases. This paper will analyze both the benefits and drawbacks of the practice of vaccination. The benefits of vaccination are that it has prevented death and suffering from deadly diseases. Furthermore, diseases such as measles have been prevented and controlled, especially in children through the use of vaccination. Additionally, opponents have argued that vaccination has been a way of controlling population, particularly on the girl child. Another reason why vaccination is to be banned is that sometimes they are given all at once, and this causes allergies to some of the children. Therefore, a conclusion should be made on whether vaccination should be practiced or not.

Introduction
Vaccinations is the process by which antigenic substances called vaccines are administered to the body to enable or boost the immune system of individuals against certain diseases or pathogens. The main aim of vaccination is to improve the immunity and prevent the vulnerability of individuals or their susceptibility to certain sicknesses and illnesses. There are two major perspectives of this study which is the pro side of vaccination and the con side of vaccination.
The pro side of vaccination is generally the benefits of vaccination administration which are such as the safety.
