2. About Us
AtmoWater Inc. is a for-profit corporation incorporated in state of Nevada on April 2010. Since its
inception, AtmoWater Inc. has been very actively involved in research and development of green
technologies, particularly in drinking water for residential, commercial and irrigation water
generating machines and plant stations.
Patent/Trademark
In December 13 2011 our first patent has been granted by USPTO 8,075,652. Our second patent is
pending, currently R&D working on a new version of patent continuation with several
improvements and innovations. Moreover, AtmoWater Inc has been working on its brand name
recognition. In June 22 2010 we have trademarked our name with US Trademark Office under
registration number 3,808,170.

The U.S. Geological Survey estimates that the Earth has about 3,100 cubic miles of
water in the air, mostly as water vapor, but also as clouds or precipitation, at any one
time.

4. Facts:
It is commonly assumed that the world’s water supply is huge and infinite. This assumptions false. In fact, of all the
water on Earth, only 2.5 percent is fresh water, and available fresh water represents less than half of 1 percent of the
world's total water stock. The rest is seawater, or inaccessible in ice caps, ground water and soil. This supply is finite.
As Allerd Stikker of the Amsterdam-based Ecological
Management Foundation explains "The issue today, put
simply, is that while the only renewable source of fresh
water is continental rainfall (which generates a more or
less constant global supply of 40,000 to 50,000 cubic km
per year), the world population keeps increasing by
roughly 85 million per year. Therefore the availability of
freshwater per head is decreasing rapidly.“
Most disturbingly, we are diverting, polluting and
depleting that finite source of freshwater at an
astonishing rate. Today, says the United Nations, 31
countries are facing water stress and scarcity and over
one billion people lack adequate access to clean drinking
water.

5. INTERNATIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE REPORT
In 2000, the scientific community which keeps track of the worlds water supplies began predicting that one out of
three people in the world would have to factor water shortages into their lives by the year 2025. However, it
happened several years earlier, according to a report presented in Stockholm during World Water Week in August
2008; the result of work compiled by 700 scientists from the International Water Management Institute.
Because of inadequate water supplies, and the limited
infrastructure to deliver what is available, half the people
in the world today lack the basic sanitation level.
Half the hospital beds on earth are occupied by people
with easily preventable diseases caused by impure water.
In the past decade more children have died from water
related diseases than all the people killed in all the armed
conflicts since World War II. Access to clean water could
save two million lives a year.
