Non-rotating Casing
Scraper
Application
The Non-rotating casing scraper is used to
remove the residual cement on the inner
wall of the casing, the burrs and scales
generated by mud and tie, the bullets
inserted on the wall of the pipe during the
anti-sand perforation in the pipe, and the
impurities affecting the normal construction
operation such as rust, scale and hard
paraffin on the casing of the production well.
The scraper mainly consists of a mandrel, a
cutter block, a spring plate, and screws.

Non-Rotating Casing Brush
Application
The Non-Rotating Casing Brush is used
together with the scraper. The upper
and lower brush cleans the inner wall
of the scraped casing and cleans the
casing wall again after the scraper is
scraped. Working in shallow Wells
mainly depends on the lower brush.
After reaching the deep well, the lower
brush will be worn, and the upper
brush body will automatically extend to
work.

Application
A high-efficiency magnetic fishing tool

and reducing potential issues.

Wiper Junk Catcher is a wellbore filter
and validation tool suitable for all

The Wiper Junk Catcher is typically
part of a comprehensive wellbore
clean-up BHA, spaced out above the
scraper and brush tools. While
running in the hole, it wipes or
brushes the casing, allowing fluid to
bypass the tool. When pulling out of
the hole, the wellbore fluid is
diverted through the filter screen,
capturing the well debris.
