Nikolay Ljukshin was born on the 27 (14) of October 1915 in
the village of Artjushinoj
in Vichugskaya parish of
Kineshemsky County . In early childhood Nicholay began
to play football. When he became older he served as a
secretary of the village council, an accounting clerk at
Novopistsovski Flax, a physical education instructor in the
same enterprise. He played in the football Vichuga team . In
1932, he moved to Ivanovo, where he worked at a textile
factory and played in the club team "Basis". Then Nikolay
Ljukshin entered the College of Physical Education of
Vladimir, in 1936-1937 he played for the local team and the
team of Vladimir as a striker. In 1938-1941 he studied at
Leningrad GDOLIFK and played for its team. During the
Great Patriotic War, Nikolay Ljukshin fought in the 276th
Machine Gun Battalion of Artillery, was appointed an
adjutant to the commander of the division.

In the 1945-1946, 1949-1954, 1958-1959 Nikolay
Ljukshin was a lecturer in GDOLIFK.
In 1963-1989 Ljukshin organized a football
team at the Institute of Physical Culture and
Sports.
In 1962-1990 he was a Deputy Chairman of the
Football Federation of Leningrad. He was a
member of the coaching board of the Football
Federation of the USSR. Nikolay Ljukshin
supervised complex scientific groups (AMG),
worked with the "Zenit", Leningrad football
team and sports schools of the city.
