 Responsibilities
o Sales/Targets preparation and Analysis for KSA and Gulf
 Produce monthly sales/Achievement reports for KSA and Gulf (KSA/Gulf Region,
by country, by Area)
o Achievement and Incentive calculation process for sales force
o Support all sales effectiveness processes implementation
 Account Planning, Territory panning
 customer data update
 Targeting and segmentation
o Manage implementation of Business IT project (CRM,SFA/eTMS, patient management)
o e-TMS/SFA system manager
o Manage and support all IT infrastructure in KSA and Gulf(59 client and 59 users in 17
countries,4 network sites,3 servers)
o Logistics
 prepare yearly (To-Market) shipments on a monthly basis in coordination with
S&M Director
 Stock/shipment monitoring in KSA and UAE, Control and review KSA total stock
on a monthly basis against sales to adjust shipments timings and ensure product
availability on time
 Coordinate KSA Shipment initiation ,timing ,approvals with Sales management,
Regional shipment officer and KSA agent

 Implement Call Reporting system – NNGULF CRS
 Record -Track - Analyze sales calls & activities
 Design Business process for call reporting and how to use analysis

 Implement and manage e-TMS/SFA for KSA and Gulf

 Store all sales per item per branch since 2004
 Ability to analyze and compare sales based on different dimensions using
pivot table and pivot charts technology

 initiate effective implementation of FIFO concept for managing KSA
stocks per batch to cease expiry goods due to misdistribution between
branches
 initiate the idea of Threshold stock level for KSA branches to avoid low
stock situations per branch (Jeddah, khamis, Qasim, madinah)
