FABTECH AUSTRALIA WINS $11.5M GEOMEMBRANE LINING CONTRACT
WITH LAING O’ROURKE
E&A Limited (EAL) wholly owned subsidiary, Fabtech Australia Pty Ltd (Fabtech) has
entered into a contract with Laing O’Rourke Australia Construction Pty Limited for the
supply and installation of geo-synthetic liners in the vicinity of Wandoan, Queensland.
The value of the contract is approximately $11.5 million. Early works have commenced
and completion is anticipated in mid 2014.
Fabtech Managing Director, Graham Fairhead said “Fabtech is very familiar with the
region having established facilities in Dalby, Chinchilla, Roma & Moranbah to service
the geomembrane containment projects of the major Queensland gas, mining and
energy companies.”
