Dear Lenn:
I am writing this letter to thank you for the truly excellent job you did facilitating
“Making Learning Stick” for my team. Your presentation was world-class, with excellent
content and activities that got everyone engaged and inspired.
As we discussed, my team is hard working and has been delivering well received training
and instructional design, however, I felt they needed to include more learning activities
and less talk. Your “less you, more do” philosophy really hit the mark. That phrase has
become a part of our language here. The many examples you provided of how to engage
learners through music, props, humor, staging, and more really inspired them to create
more engaging and fun learning activities.
On behalf of the 400+ folks for whom we are responsible to train, I would like to say
thank you for workshops that will now be a lot less boring!
Sincerely,
Dave
