Creating a Corruption free system as a solution for
unemployment in India
Team Details:
2. India has NO shortage of work force but what we lack as a country is
the shortage of opportunities and quality of the work force.
Lack of practical knowledge being imparted to students in
their formative years and even in their Graduation and Post
Graduation.
India is an agro-based country , but still the share of
agriculture to the GDP is very small. The main reason being the
lack of awareness of farmers in regard with the new techniques
of farming.
The youth population does not want to choose
agriculture as an occupation , due to lack of opportunities
and risks involved.
Entrepreneurship is not taken seriously and thus number of
business ventures are reduced causing unemployment
Last but not the least mindset of the Indian people, which
forces them to always follow the river stream and never go
against it.(one of the reasons for having less business ventures in
the country at the grass root level)
Main Reasons of Unemployment
As a solution to this very severe problem of unemployment we have tried to make a corruption free system.
3. Creation of a corruption free system/network (of professionals and volunteers)
which handles the problem of unemployment.(wherein the volunteers involved also
get remuneration for their work, thus providing them with alternative employment
medium).
This kind of system can be used for any industry, any field for that matter. Here we are explaining our model by taking in
to consideration providing employment through agriculture . One of the reasons for choosing agriculture is the agro-based
nature of India.
671 Districts
Network Of
20130
Volunteers and Professionals
Network of
30
Volunteers and Professionals in each district
In the system which we want to implement we
have divided India in terms of the number districts it
has i.e 671.
We will have a network of 20130 professionals and
volunteers who will help the farmers in terms :
*The money they fetch.
*Technology they use.
*Facilities they need.
Thus the member of the system will communicate
all this to the government and take care that all the
issues have been taken care of.
Now one more thing which they will do is to
provide the farmers with labour force.
They will maintain a network of unemployed
people wanting to do and qualified to the required
job and provide them with the same.
In this system we can provide employment to
20130 members working in the system and also a
large number of others through them.
(The volunteers and professionals will be literate people having
sound knowledge in the field. )
4. We will draw volunteers comprising of knowledgeable youth which wants to make
a difference and professionals comprising of Graduate students seeking an
alternative or full time employment opportunity.
Network of

in each
district
10 members
from NGOs
working for
similar cause.
10 members
holding a
degree in
agriculture
10 members
who are
experienced
in this field.
( The recruitment will be strictly on the basis of knowledge regarding the concerned field)
5. The members of the system will be classified as follows for each district:

Coordinators
4 sub
Coordinators

30 members are classified as above and their work and roles are discussed briefly in the slides
that follow.
6. The roles and work of the members according to their hierarchy are
discussed below:
Coordinators
• Planning new schemes and cordial management of
the entire system will be their responsibility.
Sub
Coordinators
• Feasibility of the plan and its proper
implementation .
• Decision making and proper distribution of work to
the co-workers.
Coworkers
• Implementation of project and providing labour
force to the farmers wherever required.
• Providing technology , guidance, best quality
materials to farmers at subsidized rate.
They will be recruited only after passing certain norms and conditions .
7. The plan prescribed above will provide employment to masses and will lead to
a self sustaining system like the one explained below.
The project includes utilization of the land which is barren
and which is unowned, for providing employment to the needful
and in the same process increasing agricultural productivity.
In the process whatever product I obtained will be utilized in
agro-based industries nearest to the plot owned for the
concerned purpose.
Due to this there will again be a increase in the amount of
small scale industries resulting in more productivity which leads
to a good foreign exchange.
Agro-based industries would further help in reducing the
problem of unemployabilty.
This project will be implemented in each and every district
where our system is involved, the revenue obtained would be
utilized to pay all the people involved in the process and some of
the share will go to the government and corporates for their
financial support.
The leadership for this project will be in the able hands of the
sub coordinators and co-workers under the leadership of the
coordinators.
After the implementation of the program for a few years,We
are sure that it will become sustainable on its own ,which we
have explained with the help of the illustration shown beside.

This kind of system will give rise to a sustainable
cycle which will help employ many.
8. Overview Of The Entire Solution Presented By Us
Once the system is well established ,it will lead to the rise
of more and more small scale industries causing further rise in
employability rate.
Apart from the initial funding done by the government
,NGO’s and interested corporates there will be nothing
needed in the time to come, in no time the system will
become sustainable
The major reason for including 10 volunteers from NGO in
every district is to keep the entire system well organized and
corruption free . They will keep the entire team motivated
and inspire them to work for the cause.
Every district has different climatic and topographical
conditions, the planning and project requirements will be
assessed by the members of the system and distinguished and
implemented accordingly.
We will be making a website which will serve as a medium
for creating awareness and connecting more and more people
to the system and allied projects.
The website will also help to keep a check on the working
of the system and thus improve its efficiency.
The numbers of the volunteers and professionals are just for
reference and can be modified as per requirement of the
district concerned.
9. Risks Involved In Implementation
Government or the corporates might not find it
viable to invest in the system we prescribed in the
presentation.
The farmland we require which is unowned , on
which people desperately wanting a job are given
employment is not available.
OvercomingThe Risks Involved
Awareness campaigns to make people realize the
importance of the system.
This will encourage corporators and government to
invest in our idea.
Would again like to mention that this system can be modified as per
requirement and implemented for field other than agriculture.
