Process Development Engineer
 Designed, developed and deployed a Windows application written in C# that uses image processing techniques from the
Open CV library. The application used feature detection of a live image feed to calibrate the die tip of an extrusion machine.
 Designed various prototype parts using Solidworks for laser cutting, water cutting and 3D printing.
 Performed some basic design and manufacture of milled parts, predominantly manual lathe and mill. Was given training in
the use of the machines.
 Created standard operating documentation to accompany my application and design.
 Worked on projects with a set deployment date vital for manufacturing to continue.
