 Lead a group called System Automation Group. Its
main objective is to support a factory production floor.
All production floors supporting application was build
and maintain by the group.
 Conduct meeting with various manager from difference
department on how to improve performance and
quality of production floor.
 Coordinate discussion with user for software
specification gathering.
 Design and develop applications software based on
users’ requirement.
 Design and develop automated software testing
packages.
 Analyze software performance and capability as well as
make recommendations and solutions to improve
software performance, quality and reliability.

Support application on improving production output,
quality and cycle time.
 Improve and enhance in-house application to ensure
data integrity and performance.
 Use development tools; promote learning to increase
re-use and standardization.
 Do Research & Development on new product from
Microsoft.

VB6.0, VB.Net, ASP, ASP.NET and SQL.
 Understanding how the production floors work.
Aggressively and proactively provide ideas and support
to improved production productivity and quality.

production floor. Difference colour show remaining hours each
syringe. This project has reduced the usage and wastage of
epoxy from 1.3% to 0.8%. Others features are similar to

This is a one stop web portal for the Assembly and Test
application. It consolidates all the web application related to
production under one roof. It included production summary,
inventory control, tracking and reporting. It has been
integrated to HRMS for login authentication. Integration with
Factory Work is in progress to reduce double job. This portal
can be access internally or externally. Security is based on
login account which is their employee no. Each account has it
own profile. This profile and grouping is being configure under
Administration module.

Keep track of lot movement such as which machine and who
handle the lot. It also able to keep track of machine
utilization, operator’s activities, technician performance. It
keeps historical data on lot movement, machine, downtime,

This application keeps track of all unproductive usage by
technician and maintenance group. These groups of people
had to request time allocation for their planned maintenance
activities. This has to go through some approval loops before
they are able to use.

Module Name Online Lot Disposition
This is a project where customer provides online instruction to
all on hold lot. It able to hold attachment, a simple forum
capability for discussion and able to keep historical data.

Collection of reports based on various tester platforms such as
Teradyne, Catalyst and Tiger. Summary data files are being
converted to report for analysis to improve yield and output.

Before this module is being release, all reports (excel) on
server are kept with only 1 version (latest). This module
enabled all reports to be archived on server as difference
record in database. This allows users to view same report that
has been produce in difference time but on the same day.

Users have option to add to favorites or remove from
favorites. Difference filter function enabled users to search for
particular reports faster and more efficient.
