HTML pages with JavaScript using Knockout as a binding tool running in Microsoft

 2014, Graduate Management Admissions Council GMAT Integration Reasoning Prep
Tool, developed an on-line custom exam preparation tool using JQUERY and .NET.
 2013-2014, Human Capital Management System (HSMC) DOI Fish and Wildlife
Services, Enhanced, fixed and maintained existing custom ASP.Net/SQL Server
HCMS web application. HCMS provides a series of web based forms and tools for
searching and creating employment postings that meet federal regulations. HCMS
provides workflow tools and dashboards for tracking managers and department
interactions while reviewing and developing the job posting as well as suite of
management reports. HCMS exports a custom formatted text file for easy importing
jobs on USA Jobs web site.

between SharePoint 2010 portal customer registration pages and CRM 2011.

System, Software Engineer: Manipulates and customizes the commercial off-the-
shelf (COTS) Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 tool. Develops information technology
(IT) service requests with CRM, capturing service request data entered directly into
the system and imported from two external systems. Manages the tasks daily for 30
users and as requests are analyzed and discussed by teams are approved as
projects. Uses CRM to track project milestones and tasks and to provide digital
document approvals. Uses CRM to create dashboards, charts, and reports providing
live, real-time statistics. Continually performs customized updates on CRM to meet

 2009-2012, DCIS Case Reporting and Information Management System (CRIMS),
Software Engineer: Developed Microsoft dynamics CRM 4.0 Criminal Investigation
Management Systems (CRIMS). Using the CRIMS tool, tracks more than 100 pages
of information on cases, subjects, allegations, interviews, and data pertaining to their
ongoing criminal cases. Provides a suite of detailed reports using CRIMS for
analyzing the cases and providing documentation to courts and other federal
agencies. Performed replication of 30 detailed, lined hand forms and DCIS
documents submitted to federal courts for prosecuting crimes in SQL Server
Reporting Services (SSRS) using CRIMS to meet system-reporting requirements.
 2008-2008, American Federation of Teachers (AFT) Toolkit Web Forms, Software
Engineer: Developed a Rich Internet Application (RIA) running JQuery as the
client/front-end with ASP.Net/MVC running server-side code with a Microsoft SQL
Server database on a large custom ASP.Net, Model View Controller (MVC), and
JQuery "web forms" builder. Developed and designed a large web form by drag-n-
drop data elements on a What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) form for end
users to gather and manage business management data. Designed and developed a
multi-browser-compatible drag-and-drop user-friendly interface for creating surveys
and gathering management information from employees.
 2007-2007, Marine Corps Recruiting Information Support System (MCRISS),
Software Engineer: Supported the web-based workflow management tool using 10
custom .Net components and COM components running File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) file transfer services, Microsoft Excel forms
with custom VB code, ASP and ASP.Net/C#/VB for web functionality, and an SQL

 2001-2005, IRS System Maintenance, Senior .Net Programmer, Team Technical
Lead: Performed system maintenance and software development for the IRS systems
in New Carrolton, MD. Designed and built Systemic Advocacy Management System
(SAMS), using web and intranet technologies such as .Net programming with C# and
VB.Net, ASP.Net, Microsoft Content Management Server (MCMS), Classic ASP,
VBScript, DHTML, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Microsoft Access, Perl, PHP, and IIS.
This system is a web application for capturing systemic advocacy issues and creating
projects to investigate, manage, and resolve the issues. Provided life-cycle services,
from project planning, graphic design, and database design to platform testing,
installation, hosting, support, and routine maintenance. Built surveys, polls, dynamic
directories, and authentication services, product catalogs, ordering and tracking

primary backup to the program manager. Managed team project assignments;
determined level of effort (LOE) and delivery dates, and balanced workload.
Designed and built a web application for managing IRS employee cell phones
purchasing and usage management.
 2001, 1-ON-1, Internet Technician: Rewrote web pages to meet Section 508
compliance for FEMA. Designed, developed, tested, and maintained new ASP pages
automating online course enrollment. Supported Windows NT and Windows 2000
local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) server hardware and
software. Installed, configured, and tested wireless networks. Supported government
training, time keeping, and payroll software systems used by hundreds of
government employees.
