As we can see that 1 lane of gel shift assay has tRNA above than 2nd lane, which is suggesting that 1st lane tRNA has bound to amino acid (that’s why it is up in position). The third lane is suggesting that tRNA bound to ribosome correctly than the 4th lane tRNA. The 4th lane tRNA missed an amino acid that’s why it has corresponded lower position than 3rd lane. The 5th and 6th both are representing that mutations in ribosome caused the dissociation in tRNA and ribosome complex and that’s why it is representing the same position as in 1st lane. The 7th lane is suggesting that there is not significant mutation for binding of the mutant tRNA and still it binds to ribosome. The 8th lane is suggesting that there is significant mutation for binding of the mutant tRNA and that’s why the position of band is same as 2nd lane. The complex gets dissociated or not formed. The 9th lane is similar to 1st lane and suggesting that complex of ribosome and tRNA was not formed. The 10th lane is suggesting that complex of ribosome and tRNA was formed. The 11th lane is suggesting that complex of ribosome and tRNA was not formed. The 12th lane is also suggesting that complex of ribosome and tRNA was formed. The third lane is suggesting that tRNA bound to ribosome correctly than the 4th lane tRNA. The 4th lane tRNA missed an amino acid that’s why it has corresponded lower position than 3rd lane. The 5th and 6th both are representing that mutations in ribosome caused the dissociation in tRNA and ribosome complex and that’s why it is representing the same position as in 1st lane. The 7th lane is suggesting that there is not significant mutation for binding of the mutant tRNA and still it binds to ribosome. The 8th lane is suggesting that there is significant mutation for binding of the mutant tRNA and that’s why the position of band is same as 2nd lane. The complex gets dissociated or not formed.
