International Medical Corps (IMC) is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health and relieving suffering through healthcare and medical relief programs. Established in 1984 by U.S. doctors and nurses, IMC works to save lives and improve quality of life in crisis areas worldwide by rebuilding devastated healthcare systems and promoting self-reliance. This letter certifies that Dr. Khalilullah worked with IMC from April 2007 to February 2009 as a medical translator and from March to June 2009 as a training coordinator for IMC's Rabia Balkhi hospital training project in Afghanistan.
